At Holograms UK, we take pride in supplying high-quality products. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The product must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • You must contact us within this timeframe

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage must be provided

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ordering

  • Used or installed products


How to Report an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account


Important Notes

  • Any claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted

  • Products must not be used or installed before reporting damage

  • We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above conditions
